Little did I know it would affect me mentally and emotionally, it awakened my spirit to embark on a wholistic journey of wellness. revealing each e-motion is a reflection of how our energy is moving. I hope to foster a healing space to RECOGNIZE, RECALL, AND RESET your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well being.
