Being an active and reputable fitness and commercial model SHE did not realize that this journey would bring HER full circle to health and wellness. Balancing the stigmas, inequalities, and privileges of the industry provided HER with experiences to learn and share the mental, physical, EMOTIONAL and spiritual intersection of life. she ReceivEd HER Nutrition Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). DEEPENING HER KNOWLEDGE encouraged a Wholistic approach to everything is connected and always growing. this awareness birthed phreshlife which fosters a healing space to Recognize, Recall, and Reset changes to the mind, body and soul!
